St. Mary's Church OrganOn the 18th January 2007, John Marsden gave a talk to the Tickhill & Local District Local History Society on the history of the organ at St. Mary's, Tickhill.

Illustrated with photographs by Chris Garritt, the talk covered the building of the organ by Charles Brindley of Sheffield in 1857, one of the first he completed, marking a major step forward in English organ construction influenced by the German organ building tradition.
